<      Invoicing Settings < Account Summary Narrative (Top)

You have the option to customize the information that appears on your Account Summary. This can be emailed with the invoice as a PDF and it is also on the Home screen of the Client Portal.

 

Any narrative entered here will appear in the top portion of your account summary document. Some merge codes will function in this section.

 

ON DESKTOP:

Navigate to Admin > Settings > Invoicing > Account Summary Narrative (Top) 
STEP 1​​

  • Enter the text you want to include, together with any merge codes.

  • Click "Update".

Any narrative entered into "Account Summary Narrative (Top)" will appear in the top portion of your account summary document.

 

Note that some merge codes have been populated with the appropriate data.

ON MOBILE:

STEP 1​​

  • Tap the Navigator, and select Admin > Settings > Invoicing > Account Summary Narrative (Top)

STEP 2

  • Enter the text you want to include, together with any merge codes.

  • Tap "Update".
