Staff members are provided with an area to record their availability to provide certain services on particular days of the week. eg. They may only want to work half a day on a Tuesday and Thursday, or they may be available to do visits on a weekend but not in the week.
NOTE: This is a "FOR INFORMATION ONLY" area for Admins to refer to. It is not for activating Shift Management, as we have a different function for that. Refer to Shift Working for further details.
Navigate to Staff Interface > My Details > Service Availability
How does a staff member enter their availability for the week?
From the Dashboard, tap the My Details icon in the Navigator.
Tap "Service Availability" and choose the correct day of the week.
Select a service.
If you choose "Available Sometimes (let me set times)" a "from" and "to" option will appear for you to select your times.
Add any relevant notes for your Admin/Scheduler.
Either "Add another Service" or tap "Update" to save.
