Sitters/walkers may have been granted permission to view and/or edit the client and pet details of the services that have been assigned to them. This is particularly useful for staff to be able to update the visit routine or feeding information, and also if there are any issues regarding the pets. They may also have need to view or change a new alarm code, or location of a key.
NOTE: they also have access to all the client's contact information which can be an issue for some businesses. You are able to limit the access to a "view only" option for junior or new staff. See Staff Access for more information.
The staff member can view and/or edit:
the client record and the pet(s) record(s), and
the client's entire schedule for a time period no matter who the sitter is.
If the staff member has been given permission to view BUT NOT edit, the "Update" button is missing.
The appearance of the client and pet screens may have been changed using Custom Fields. See your Admin for further details.

Navigate to Staff Interface > My Dashboard > My Services
How do I view the Client & Pet Details tab from a Service Screen and the Client Schedule?
Tap the Client & Pet Details tab to display the main navigator menu which allows you to scroll down to view all the client & pet details.
From the navigator, you can also view the other tabs (eg. Check-in, Location, Keys and Service Report) or access the other options in the Staff Interface, such as the sitter's compensation report or request time off.
To view the Client Schedule, scroll down the menu, and at the bottom you can tap the option "Schedule".
On the client schedule, the sitter can see all of the services booked on the client's schedule for any time period.
They can also see any services that were assigned to other staff, not just their own services.
