<      Service Request Settings < Company Receives Emails of Service Cancellations if within (Days)

 

Clients have the option to cancel services online in the client portal. When a client cancels a service an email notification can be emailed to the company administrator.

 

This setting is used to govern whether or not an email notification is sent to the company administrator. So for example, an administrator might want to receive a notification if the service is cancelled within a year (365 days) based on the service start date, but not outside of that, in which case this value should be set to 365.

 

Likewise if an administrator is only interested in receiving notifications when services are cancelled within 30 days based on the service start date, this value should be set to 30.

 

To switch off notifications to administrators altogether, set this value to 0.

ON DESKTOP:

Navigate to Admin > Settings > Client Portal Settings > Service Request Settings

  • Enter a higher or lower number of days to govern when you receive an email notification.

  • Click "Update".

ON MOBILE:

  • Tap the Navigator, and select Admin > Settings > Client Portal Settings > Service Request Settings

  • Click "Update".
