< Resending Invoice with Account Summary
< Default Subject

 

When resending an invoice with an account summary, the  contents of the “Default Subject” field is used to populate the subject line of the email.

 

This can be overwritten as required.

 

Note that merge codes can be used, which means that information such as client references and invoice numbers can automatically be inserted into default email subject lines.

ON DESKTOP:

 
Navigate to Admin > Settings > Email Settings > Email Subject Settings > Resending Invoice with account summary > Default Subject
STEP 1​​

  • Enter some default text in the default subject line.

  • Click "Update".

ON MOBILE:

STEP 1​​

  • Tap the Navigator, and select Admin > Settings > Email Settings > Email Subject Settings > Emailing Quote > Default Subject

STEP 2

  • Enter some default text in the default subject line.

  • Click "Update".

When resending an invoice with account summary, the  contents of the “Default Subject” field is used to populate the subject line of the email.

 

Note that the merge codes used in this example have now been populated with the  start and end dates of the booking
