< Hide Teams, Show Backup Sitters < Sitters Mode

 

SITTERS mode

When “Hide teams, show backup sitters” is selected, the Teams nav tab is hidden from the client record and a new Sitters nav tab appears.

 

The Sitters nav tab enables you to associate as many sitters as you like to each client record so that additional access rights may (optionally) be granted to those associated sitters.

 

ON DESKTOP:

 
Navigate to Admin > Settings > Staff Access > Hide teams, show backup sitters
STEP 1​​

  • Toggle the switch to ON to use Sitters Mode.

  • Click "Update".

STEP 2

Navigate to Clients > Client Admin > Sitters

With Sitters mode enabled, you can now assign particular sitters to client records.

  • To add a sitter, select their staff name from the dropdown list, then click "Add New Sitter".

  • To remove a sitter, click the "X" by their name.

  • To change the primary sitter, click "make primary" by the new primary sitter's name.

STEP 3

Navigate to Clients > Orders

When scheduling services, Staff assigned to the Sitters nav tab appear under the "Team' heading in the staff drop down list. This makes it easier to select approved sitters for scheduling.

ON MOBILE:

  • Tap the Navigator, and select Admin > Settings > Staff Access > Hide teams, show backup sitters

In the PC / MAC staff interface a new CLIENTS tab appears providing access to view all client data.

 

  

STEP 2

  • Toggle the switch to ON to use Sitters Mode.

  • Click "Update".

STEP 3

Navigate to Clients > Client Admin > Sitters

  • To assign sitters, navigate to Clients > Client Admin > Sitters

STEP 4

Navigate to Clients > Client Admin > Sitters
