Adding an Emergency Contact

There are two entries available for adding emergency contacts for staff in your system. This can be very useful if you have a larger pet sitting business with several employees and IC's.

At any time you can add or amend any custom fields on this page as required to suit your business procedures. For more information on how to do this, see Custom Fields.

  

ON DESKTOP:

Navigate to Admin > Staff > select Staff Name > Staff Details > Emergency Contacts

STEP 1​​

  • Enter the details provided by your staff member, including their relationship from the drop-down menu. 

  • Click "Update".

ON MOBILE:

STEP 1​​

  • Tap the Navigator, and select Admin > Staff > select Staff Name > Staff Details > Emergency Contacts

STEP 2

  • Enter the details provided by your staff member, including their relationship from the drop-down menu. 

  • Tap "Update".
