< Staff Mobile < Viewing the Schedule

 

Navigation STAFF MOBILE
 

Your staff can view their jobs day by day, and can view jobs in the past, or jobs scheduled for a future date.

 

Once they are viewing their schedule, they can perform other actions such as:

  • checking in or out

  • starting or ending a shift 

  • sending a visit report

  • assigning keys

  • getting directions to a client's address

How does a sitter view their Schedule?

 

  • After logging in, tap on "Show Jobs" from the main menu.

  • To view the jobs for the day, tap on "Show Jobs".

  • If you want to view a different day, tap on the "Date" panel.

  • From the monthly view, you can tap the date you want from the current month, or tap the forward or backward arrows to navigate to a different month.

  • In the Schedule view, your jobs are shown in a list, in order of their "start" time.​
     

  • If a job has a "staff note", this is displayed in red under the job details. Tap to get further details if it's not the displaying the entire message.
     

  • If the staff member member has already had a key assigned for the client, the key is displayed here as a green key. If they still need a key, it will be shown with a red key.
     

  • To navigate to a different day's schedule, tap the left or right buttons to go to the previous or next day.
