My Required Keys displays keys that are required by the staff member to perform their assigned services that are scheduled for the next few days. The list shows keys that are either "unassigned" (still with Admin) or already assigned to another staff member.
From My Required Keys, staff can:
view the keys they need to perform their assigned services
re-assign the key(s) from another member of staff to themselves, if they have the staff access rights to do so
return the key(s) to the office Admin
look in more detail at the key's logged information
Navigate to Staff Interface > Scheduler > Key Management
How do I view Required Keys?
From the Dashboard, tap the Scheduler icon in the Navigator, and Key Management.
Tap "My Required Keys".
Note: these keys are shown in red on the Schedule.
My Required Keys displays all the keys needed to perform the next few day's assigned services. In the list, you can view the date of service, client reference, plus the key name and key reference if used.
Tap on the client reference to view the client details.
Tap on the key reference to view the key details.
To re-assign a key from another sitter to yourself, view the key details by tapping on the key reference.
A list of the keys with this reference are displayed.
Tap the key description to view the details.
The sitter now chooses their name from the dropdown list.
With the new sitter's name displayed, tap "Update" to re-assign the key.
The re-assigned key is no longer visible in "My Required Keys" and now appears in the "My Keys" list.
